In normal jobs (With some exceptions), there are well known, the 10-hour rule : The regular working hours must not exceed 8 hours a day, in exceptional cases up to 10 hours may be used when appropriate compensation periods are possible.
This is the moment for us to our (company internal) project customers often the only argument, with which we can prevent to get still pressed on more projects. Arguments such as "overtime" are not long - you have to be careful as hell that you get paid for overtime not hastily scheduled as one to make, and then forced more or less, to cancel time off days.
The crisis is definitely over.
The next crisis may come. ;-)
